Created during a residency at the ACE Hotel, new “Do Not Disturb” signs were placed on the door handles of every room of the hotel to tell the stories of the hundreds of beds and their ever-changing occupants. The writing was a poetic rumination on labor that erases all traces of what occurs in the hotel rooms.
